How to: Start Access 7.0.
Solution:
Choose the 'Start' and select 'Microsoft Access' from the 'Programs' menu.
1) Click Windows 'Start'.
2) Select 'Programs'. (The Programs submenu appears.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) Select 'Microsoft Access' if it is listed directly under the 'Programs' submenu.
b) If 'Microsoft Access' is not listed directly under the 'Programs' submenu:
1] Select 'Microsoft Office'. (A submenu appears.)
2] Select 'Microsoft Access'.
